US Organic is a brand name of US Organic Group Corp.  

 

Q: How US Organic products are manufactured?

US Organic manufactures its products at its own facility in New Jersey. The facility is clean and reliable GMP-certified, FDA-registered and USDA-certified facility. 

 

Q: Can I use an expired product?

No. If your product has expired, please properly discard it and obtain new product. You may find the expiration date on the bottom of a box and/or a jar.

  

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

We now temporarily offer free-shipping for all orders over US$ 20 to US continental. If you need faster service, or from international, please contact support@us-organic.com

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes. But, unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for outside of the U.S. due to high shipping rates and the exchange rate. please contact support@us-organic.com

 

Q: Do you test your products on animals?

We are a member of Cruelty-Free Leaping Bunny Program. We love animals and never test our products on animals or use animal-derived ingredients. 

 

Q: Do you offer trial sizes or samples?

Because of the overwhelming demand for samples, we are not able to offer them. We need to save all of our time to make our full size products.

 

Q: Do I have to pay sales TAX?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Our current warehouse is located in NJ. If you are wholesaler or reseller, we will ask you your Tax ID Number or resale certificate. Sales taxes are not charged to wholesalers or resellers. NJ customers will be charged 3.5% sales tax.
